Residential Scale of Charge

 

Our fees for undertaking various types of survey and valuation are shown below. 

The fees relate to the quoted purchase price of freehold houses and bungalows being sold with full vacant possession.

Scheme 1

Up to £150,000 a fee of £175 and thereafter an additional £1.00 per thousand 

pounds or part.

ALL THE ABOVE ARE SUBJECT TO VAT AT THE CURRENT RATE

Fees are related to purchase price when instructed by prospective purchaser otherwise related to value. In the case of totally dilapidated properties where our involvement is disproportionate to the value of the property, we reserve the right to charge our fee in relation to the value of the property when essential repairs have been completed.
